Seasonal produce calendar in Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands

For provisioning in San Juan, Fajardo, Culebra, Vieques, the British Virgin Islands (Tortola), St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix. Puerto Rico chart in weekly cells (dark = abundant, light = less): a month counts as in season when at least two of its weeks are abundant; a month with no marks at all is flagged as likely imported; light-only months are neither. Read by sampling each cell's colour from screenshots of the PDF. 'Sweet pepper' is used for bell pepper ('Peppers', all year, is left out — it may mean chillies); 'Pumpkin' for butternut squash; 'Pink grapefruit' for grapefruit.
