Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Dried pasta (durum wheat)400 g (100 g)
- Bacon200 g (50 g)
- Eggs200 g (≈ 4 eggs) (50 g (≈ 1 egg))
- Parmesan (block)80 g (20 g)
- Black pepper2 g (0.5 g)
Method
- Cook the pasta 10 minutes; keep a cup of the water.
- Fry the bacon until crisp, 5 minutes; take off the heat.
- Beat eggs with parmesan and pepper; toss with the hot pasta and bacon off the heat, loosening with pasta water.
