Beef kofta with tahini & couscous

Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Beef mince / ground beef520 g (130 g)
- Onion (brown/yellow)120 g (≈ 1 onion) (30 g)
- Parsley20 g (5 g)
- Ground cumin4 g (1 g)
- Ground cinnamon1.2 g (0.3 g)
- Tahini60 g (15 g)
- Lemon40 g (≈ 0.5 lemon) (10 g)
- Couscous280 g (70 g)
- Cucumber240 g (≈ 1 cucumber) (60 g)
- Tomato (firm ripe)240 g (≈ 2 tomatos) (60 g (≈ 0.5 tomato))
- Extra-virgin olive oil32 g (8 g)
- Salt4 g (1 g)
Method
- Mix mince with grated onion, parsley, spices and salt; shape into small fingers.
- Fry in the oil 8 minutes, turning. Pour boiling water over the couscous, cover 5 minutes.
- Thin the tahini with lemon and water; serve with chopped cucumber and tomato.
