Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Lamb shoulder (diced)640 g (160 g)
- Plain yogurt240 g (60 g)
- Cucumber200 g (≈ 0.5 cucumber) (50 g)
- Garlic (bulb)16 g (≈ 0.5 bulb) (4 g)
- Lemon32 g (8 g)
- Dried oregano4 g (1 g)
- Wheat tortillas240 g (≈ 5 tortillas) (60 g (≈ 1 tortilla))
Method
- Marinate lamb pieces in lemon, garlic and oregano while the pan heats.
- Fry hot 6–8 minutes.
- Serve in warm flatbreads with yogurt mixed with grated cucumber.
