Ingredients

- Chickpea (gram) flour200 g (50 g)
- Onion (brown/yellow)120 g (≈ 1 onion) (30 g)
- Roasted red peppers (jar)120 g (30 g)
- Ground turmeric2 g (0.5 g)
- Ground cumin2 g (0.5 g)
- Sunflower / vegetable oil32 g (8 g)
Method
- Whisk the chickpea flour with about 80 ml water per person, the turmeric, cumin and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter.
- Stir in the finely chopped onion and sliced peppers.
- Fry ladlefuls in a little oil, 2–3 minutes a side, like pancakes.
