Ingredients

- Fresh fish fillet (white / mahi-mahi)720 g (180 g)
- Lime40 g (≈ 0.5 lime) (10 g)
- Garlic (bulb)16 g (≈ 0.5 bulb) (4 g)
- Extra-virgin olive oil32 g (8 g)

Method
- Cut the fish into thick steaks; rub with garlic, oil and salt.
- Grill or sear 2–3 minutes a side (tuna: keep it pink in the middle if very fresh).
- Squeeze over lime; serve with rice.
