Soy-glazed salmon & broccoli rice bowl

Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Salmon fillet (fresh)520 g (130 g)
- Broccoli320 g (80 g)
- Soy sauce48 g (12 g)
- Honey20 g (5 g)
- Fresh ginger12 g (3 g)
- Sesame seeds12 g (3 g)
- White rice (long grain)300 g (75 g)
Method
- Start the rice: 12 minutes, lid on.
- Pan-fry the salmon 4 minutes a side; add soy, honey and ginger and spoon over as it bubbles.
- Steam the broccoli 4 minutes over the rice; serve with sesame.
