Teriyaki salmon with rice & broccoli

Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Salmon fillet (fresh)600 g (150 g)
- Soy sauce60 g (15 g)
- Honey32 g (8 g)
- Fresh ginger20 g (5 g)
- White rice (long grain)300 g (75 g)
- Broccoli320 g (80 g)
- Sesame seeds8 g (2 g)
Method
- Fry salmon 3 minutes a side.
- Add soy, honey and ginger; spoon over until glossy.
- Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
