Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Beef steak (sirloin / rump)720 g (180 g)
- Potato800 g (≈ 4 potatos) (200 g (≈ 1 potato))
- Garlic (bulb)20 g (≈ 0.5 bulb) (5 g)

Method
- Boil potato chunks 10 minutes; drain and fry in butter with garlic and rosemary until golden.
- Sear steak 3 minutes a side; rest 5 minutes.
- Steam beans; serve together.
