Ingredients

- Apple600 g (≈ 3.5 apples) (150 g (≈ 1 apple))
- Brown sugar40 g (10 g)
- Ground cinnamon2 g (0.5 g)
- Butter32 g (8 g)
- Walnuts40 g (10 g)
Method
- Core the apples.
- Stuff with sugar, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and butter.
- Bake at 180°C 30 minutes — calm days only.
In the galley
- Best on calm days or at anchor — 1/5 for sea tolerance.
- Stow the main ingredients in a cool, dark locker.
