Caramelised bananas with cinnamon

Ingredients

For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.

  • Banana480 g (≈ 4 bananas) (120 g (≈ 1 banana))
  • Butter32 g (8 g)
  • Brown sugar32 g (8 g)
  • Ground cinnamon2 g (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Halve the bananas lengthways.
  2. Fry in butter and sugar 2 minutes a side.
  3. Dust with cinnamon.
