Garlic flatbread

Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- All-purpose / plain flour200 g (50 g)
- Plain yogurt140 g (35 g)
- Baking powder4 g (1 g)
- Garlic (bulb)12 g (3 g)
- Butter24 g (6 g)
- Parsley8 g (2 g)
Method
- Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder and salt into a soft dough.
- Roll thin; cook on the grill or a dry pan 2 minutes a side.
- Brush with butter melted with garlic and parsley.
