Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Fresh fish fillet (white / mahi-mahi)600 g (150 g)
- Lime240 g (≈ 3.5 limes) (60 g (≈ 1 lime))
- Red onion120 g (≈ 1 onion) (30 g)
- Fresh chili20 g (≈ 0.5 chili) (5 g)
- Coriander / cilantro20 g (5 g)
- Salt4 g (1 g)
Method
- Only very fresh pelagic fish (mahi-mahi, tuna, wahoo) — never reef fish.
- Dice fish; cover with lime juice, onion, chili and salt; chill 30 minutes.
- Stir in coriander and serve.
