Ingredients

- Canned chopped tomatoes600 g (150 g)
- Canned sweetcorn240 g (60 g)
- Onion (brown/yellow)200 g (≈ 2 onions) (50 g (≈ 0.5 onion))
- Ground cumin8 g (2 g)
- Smoked paprika8 g (2 g)
- White rice (long grain)300 g (75 g)
Method
- Soften onion; add cumin and paprika.
- Add beans, corn and tomatoes; simmer 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
