Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Beef steak (sirloin / rump)600 g (150 g)
- Bell pepper320 g (≈ 2.5 peppers) (80 g (≈ 0.5 pepper))
- Onion (brown/yellow)200 g (≈ 2 onions) (50 g (≈ 0.5 onion))
- Wheat tortillas240 g (≈ 5 tortillas) (60 g (≈ 1 tortilla))

Method
- Sear steak 2–3 minutes a side; rest and slice thinly.
- Fry sliced pepper and onion with spices 6 minutes.
- Serve in warm tortillas with lime.
