Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Chicken thigh (boneless)600 g (150 g)

Method
- Slice chicken, peppers and onion.
- Fry chicken with the spices 6 minutes; add the veg for 5 more.
- Squeeze over lime and serve in warm tortillas.
