Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Green/white cabbage400 g (≈ 0.5 head) (100 g)
- Carrot160 g (≈ 2.5 carrots) (40 g (≈ 0.5 carrot))
- Bell pepper200 g (≈ 1.5 peppers) (50 g (≈ 0.5 pepper))
- Mushrooms (button)160 g (40 g)
- Garlic (bulb)12 g (3 g)
- Fresh ginger12 g (3 g)

- Toasted sesame oil20 g (5 g)
- White rice (long grain)300 g (75 g)
Method
- Start the rice: 12 minutes, lid on.
- Stir-fry garlic, ginger, carrot and mushrooms in the hot oil 3 minutes.
- Add cabbage and pepper for 3 minutes; finish with soy.
