  • Vanilla pods2 g (0.5 g)

  • Salt1.2 g (0.3 g)

Method

  1. Heat the cream with the vanilla; pour over the chopped chocolate and stir smooth.
  2. Pour into cups; chill 2 hours.
  3. Top with raspberries and a pinch of salt.
