Cinnamon apple porridge

Ingredients

- Rolled oats240 g (60 g)
- UHT milk800 g (200 g)
- Apple320 g (≈ 2 apples) (80 g (≈ 0.5 apple))
- Ground cinnamon4 g (1 g)
- Brown sugar32 g (8 g)
Method
- Simmer oats in milk with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Grate or dice the apple in for the last 2 minutes with the cinnamon.
- Sweeten with brown sugar and serve hot.
