Coconut rice porridge with banana

Ingredients

For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.

  • White rice (long grain)200 g (50 g)
  • Coconut milk (can)400 g (100 g)
  • Banana240 g (≈ 2 bananas) (60 g (≈ 0.5 banana))
  • Ground cinnamon2 g (0.5 g)
  • Brown sugar24 g (6 g)

Method

  1. Simmer rice in coconut milk and as much water for 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
  2. Top with banana, cinnamon and sugar.
