Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.

- All-purpose / plain flour120 g (30 g)
- Eggs80 g (≈ 1.5 eggs) (20 g (≈ 0.5 egg))
- White sugar40 g (10 g)
- Sunflower / vegetable oil60 g (15 g)
- Ground cinnamon4 g (1 g)
Method
- Whisk flour, egg, sugar and a splash of water to a thick batter.
- Coat banana chunks and shallow-fry 2 minutes a side.
- Dust with cinnamon.
