Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Pork sausages (raw)480 g (120 g)
- Canned white beans (cannellini)480 g (120 g)
- Canned chopped tomatoes400 g (100 g)
- Onion (brown/yellow)160 g (≈ 1.5 onions) (40 g)
- Garlic (bulb)12 g (3 g)
- Dried thyme1.2 g (0.3 g)
- Smoked paprika2 g (0.5 g)
- Extra-virgin olive oil20 g (5 g)
Method
- Brown the sausages in the oil 8 minutes; cut into chunks.
- Soften onion and garlic 4 minutes; add tomatoes, beans, thyme and paprika.
- Return the sausages; simmer 20 minutes.
