Ingredients

- Rolled oats100 g (25 g)
- All-purpose / plain flour60 g (15 g)
- Brown sugar60 g (15 g)
- Butter40 g (10 g)
- Ground cinnamon4 g (1 g)
Method
- Soften sliced apples with half the sugar and cinnamon in a pan, 8 minutes.
- Rub butter into oats, flour and the rest of the sugar; toast in a dry pan until golden.
- Scatter the crumble over the apples.
