Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Rolled oats120 g (30 g)
- Peanut butter60 g (15 g)
- Honey40 g (10 g)
- Dark chocolate60 g (15 g)
Method
- Melt chocolate with peanut butter and honey over low heat.
- Stir in the oats.
- Spoon into small heaps; cool until set.
