Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Mushrooms (button)320 g (80 g)
- Green beans280 g (70 g)
- Onion (brown/yellow)120 g (≈ 1 onion) (30 g)
- Garlic (bulb)16 g (≈ 0.5 bulb) (4 g)
- Soy sauce48 g (12 g)
- Black pepper2 g (0.5 g)
- Sunflower / vegetable oil32 g (8 g)
- White rice (long grain)300 g (75 g)
- Spring onion / scallion32 g (≈ 2 spring onions) (8 g (≈ 0.5 spring onion))
- Coriander / cilantro12 g (3 g)
Method
- Fry onion, garlic and sliced mushrooms in the oil 5 minutes.
- Add rice, chopped beans, soy, pepper and 150 ml water per serving.
- Lid on, simmer 14 minutes; rest 5 minutes and finish with herbs.
In the galley
