Chickpea smash on crackers

Ingredients
For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.
- Canned chickpeas480 g (120 g)
- Tahini60 g (15 g)
- Dijon mustard20 g (5 g)
- Capers (jar)32 g (8 g)
- Red onion60 g (≈ 0.5 onion) (15 g)
- Red wine vinegar20 g (5 g)
- Crackers / crispbread200 g (50 g)
- Black pepper2 g (0.5 g)
Method
- Drain the chickpeas and mash roughly with a fork.
- Stir in tahini, mustard, vinegar, chopped capers and onion; season with pepper.
- Pile onto crackers — no stove, no fridge.
