Tahini, date & cocoa bites

Ingredients

For 4 servings (one normal-appetite adult each). Per serving in brackets.

  • Dates (dried)140 g (35 g)
  • Tahini48 g (12 g)
  • Cocoa powder16 g (4 g)
  • Sesame seeds16 g (4 g)

Method

  1. Chop the dates very finely (or mash); knead with tahini and cocoa.
  2. Roll into small balls; roll in sesame seeds.
